The annual tribute to the Transatlantic Cooperation in NATO will this year feature Norway as the Most Honored Nation. A sampling of the planned events for the celebration include a technology seminar, performing artists, tattoo performances featuring His Majesty the King’s Guard and many exhibits throughout Norfolk.
