Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum invites to the first-ever symposium, The Art of Rosemaling: Tradition Meets the Creative Mind.
Classes with Sigmund Aarseth, Eldrid Arntzen, Jo Sonja Jansen, and Karen Jenson (April 19-29). A special invitational exhibit, Rosemaling on the Edge, that encourages creative twists on tradition. Another exhibit, First Flowering: Rosemaling by Early Masters.
