Emcee: Erika Holmquist-Wall, Assistant Curator and Provenance Specialist at The Minneapolis Institute of Arts
Dinner selections:
Petit Tender: 6 oz tender shoulder cut of beef with demi-glace and fried onions -or-
Salmon Fillet: 6 oz grilled skinless salmon with lemon, caper & dill sauce -or-
Vegetarian Entrée: pesto penne pasta with roasted red peppers, grilled portabella mushrooms, sautéed red onion & parmesean
Each meal includes a salad and dessert. Cost $50.00 per person.
Reservations are required. Please RSVP by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8th. Space is limited. Reserve your spot early! Seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

11:00 a.m. Syttende Mai Festival Service (Norwegian and English service)

Parade - Following the Service (approx 12:15-12:45 pm) Starting at Mindekirken, the parade will meander through the neighborhood and will return to the church.
1:00 p.m. Celebration of Heritage Picnic lunch available; children’s games; Concordia Language Village activity for children; Twin Cities Hardingfelelag; Dassel Leikarring; Det Norske Folkedanslaget; & Fjell og Fjord Norwegian Youth Dancers – on the church grounds
