Everybody Counts is an exhibition featuring portraits of religious and spiritual leaders and worshippers holding prayer beads. Opening September 12 at the Trygve Lie Gallery.
Various forms of prayer beads as counting devices are used in practically all the world's major religions. Through these pictures, photographer Erlend Mikael Sæverud wish to focus on the similarities rather than the differences - hence the exhibition's title "Everybody Counts".
The opening will feature a panel discussion/dialogue with religious leaders + musical performances by Earlybird String Band.
