“My Struggle: Book Two” by Karl Ove Knausgaard to be released in the US

The second book of the Norwegian critically acclaimed Karl Ove Knausgaard's six volume book series will finally be released in the US on May 15. The book series has been an extraordinary success in Norway and Scandinavia. Knausgaard has gotten a lot of attention with the book series, where he describes stories from his life with startling insight and honesty.
Book Two of the greatly anticipated six-volume epic My Struggle is written with the same power and unabashed candor that sparked the series' 600,000 copy bestselling run in Scandinavia, a continent-wide controversy, and an avalanche of literary awards.
Archipelago Books will release Book Two in the US on 15 May 2013.
"My Struggle - Volume One" won the Brage Award, the Book of the Year Prize in Morgenbladet, the P2 Listeners' Prize, and the Norwegian Critics' Prize; nominated for the Nordic Council Literary prize.
