The Norwegian short film ”Tuba Atlantic” was nominated for an Oscar today, after being named best foreign student film at the 38th Annual Student Academy Awards last summer. Director Hallvar Witzø is ecstatic over being nominated for best short film, both for himself and for Norway as a film nation.
