The 6th Annual International Children’s Festival

The Festival is free of charge. Open to the public, this one-day, interactive, educational event is brought to you by some of the many Embassies in Washington D.C. Norway joins over 20 Embassies with educational booths that highlight our countries’ rich cultural heritage through children-focused activities, food, and information.

This year’s theme, “Around the World in One Day,” is designed to provide Washington families with unique exposure to international customs from a wide variety of cultures, all conveniently located in one central location. Children will be delighted by a range of international dance, musical, and storytelling performances throughout the afternoon. Up to 5,000 attendees are expected this year.
