The event took place at the spectacular House of Sweden where all five Nordic top chefs served small teasers from their custom Nordic Food Week menus. The Norwegian chef Geir Skeie was the winner of the 2009 Bocuse d’Or gold medal (Olympics of Cooking) and he will be cooking at DC Coast for a week in June, as part of Nordic Food Days.
