Jazz concerts in the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden - Carsten Boe Trio
Carsten Boe Trio brings the legacy of Django Reinhardt into the new millennium.
|
In a unique way the trio presents both old jazz standards and their own original compositions. Their sound ranges from blue melancholic moods to flamboyant expressions. Carsten Boe is accompanied by two great jazz musicians: Svein Otto Aarbostad (bass) from Hot Club de Norvege and the French-Norwegian Axel Jean Viale (rhythm guitar). The latest album of Carsten Boe Trio was ranked among the top five Norwegian albums in 2009. |
