On April 26 the Norwegian Embassy in Washington invited Capitol Hill contacts to happy hour at a local bar in D.C. The invitation tantalizingly promised the opportunity to “meet a real Norwegian.” Naturally, dozens of Hill staffers from both parties and both chambers jumped at this opportunity.
