As part of the 2010 Nobel Prize award ceremony in Oslo, Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre was interviewed by CNN’s Jonathan Mann.
On December 9, the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo. Mr. Liu is currently imprisoned in China, and was represented at the ceremony by an empty chair.
