The Move to Williamsburg

The International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) in New York just moved to an historic factory complex in East Williamsburg.

4/10/2008 :: The visual arts residency program has hosted more than 500 artists and curators over the last fourteen years. Each year they welcome several Norwegian participants in their programs that help develop dialogue between artists from all over the world. Norwegian artists who have participated in the ISCP programs include Tone Hansen, Ole Martin Lund Bø, Thomas Pihl and Kira Wager.

ISCP's new home is in Industriana® EW, a new cultural development project in a factory complex at Grand Street and Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn’s artistic neighborhood of East Williamsburg.

The move should be good news for all artists connected to the programs. ISCP’s new residence features larger studios with 16’ high ceilings, increased natural light, additional common space for program participants and the public, and improved office space.
