"Norwegian Clay"-exhibit of contemporary Norwegian ceramics

Anne Arundel Community College invites you to "Norwegian Clay," an exhibit of contemporary Norwegian ceramics at the Cade Center for Fine Arts Gallery in Arnold, Maryland. Works by ten Norwegian contemporary ceramicists will be exhibited.

This traveling exhibit originally was shown as part of the Oslo International Ceramics Symposium 2003. It is one of the 160 Tour de Clay exhibits in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area in conjunction with the National Council on the Education of Ceramic Arts national conference. Curator for "Norwegian Clay" is Ronald Andrew Kuchta, the editor of "American Ceramics" magazine. Knut Vollebaek, the Norwegian Ambassador to the United States, will join the reception showcasing the exhibit from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, March 15.

When: March 1-20, 28-31. 10 am-4 pm Mondays-Fridays, noon-4 pm Saturdays and Sundays
Where: Cade Center for Fine Arts Gallery at the campus of Anne Arundel Community College, 101 College Parkway, Arnold, Maryland.
