The program starts at 4.00 PM. There will be an outdoor sermon, greetings from His Majesty King Harald V, a 17th of May parade in Young street and games for both adults and children. The 17th of May speech will be held by Rune Resaland, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington.
