3/6/2007 :: Part domestic drama, part Greek tragedy, and part thriller, this classic play tells the story of a widow who has pretended to the world that her late husband was a hero when he was really a debaucher who died of syphilis. To protect her only son from the truth, she has sent him to school in France. He returns for the dedication of an orphanage in his father's memory but is carrying a deadly secret of his own. Now you have a chance to see Ibsens's classic play in a new translation by Lanford Wilson.

Pegasus Theater Company is located 50 miles north of San Francisco, in Monte Rio, California, on the Russian River in Sonoma County. 
The Pegasus Theater Company produce four to six classic to contemporary plays a year. They are a nonprofit, all-volunteer company, but with many veteran actors, directors, and designers, and take pride in the quality of their productions.
