Services offered by the Consulate General
Norwegian nationals may contact the Honorary Consulate General in Minneapolis to apply in person for a passport.
The Consulate General also offers services for non-Norwegian nationals living in Minnesota. Citizens from countries needing an entry visa for Norway may submitt their application in person at the Consulate General. The application will be forwarded to the proper authority for consideration. Applications for work and residence permits as well as family reunification must be forwarded to the Royal Norwegian Embassy, 2720 34th Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008 for further processing. See links below for application forms and guidelines.
