Most European airlines fly from North America to Norway via their respective European capitals and gateway cities on a daily basis. SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) is Norways flag carrier. Passengers departing from any of SAS' U.S. gateways connect via Copenhagen or Stockholm for destinations in Norway. Icelandair and Finnair also flies year-round to Oslo, via Reykjavik and Helsinki respectively.
